I am safe, says Deepika Padukone after significant fire in her building

Bollywood acting professional Deepika Padukone has tweeted about her security after a massive fire broke from the 33rd floor of Prabhadevi’s Beaumonde Towers. The professional lives in the same building.


She published, “I am safe. Thank you everyone. Why don’t we pray for our firefighters who are in site risking their lives.”

Deepika, who stays at the 26th floor of the building, was away for an ad shoot. Her workers were among those who had been evacuated.

According to representatives, the open fire was seen around 2.10 pm on the uppermost flooring of the building. In no time, thick dark clouds of smoke cigars were billowing out.

More than a dozen fire-tenders battled the blaze. Six hearth machines and five jumbo tankers and a hydraulics system and ambulance were brought to the spot. About ninety to 95 folks were rescued safely.

On the work entrance, Deepika hasn’t announced any film since the release of her previous film Padmaavat. There were reports that she is going to be a part of the fourth instalment of Hollywood franchise xXx.
