According to Tv set Guide, Cho getting started with The Exorcist Season 2 was announced exactly a month following the information that several series regulars from the freshman season wouldn’t normally be going back. Instead, it was created at 20th Century Fox, which probably helped its circumstance a little bit and provides them more independence to give the series another chance to win over viewers
