Camila Cabello Wins Big at 2017 Teenager Choice Prizes But Skips Fifth Harmony-Dominated Ceremony BY SAEED NASIR

The ex-Fifth Harmony singer had not been readily available at the 2017 Teen Choice Awards, where she gained Choice Song: Female Designer, Choice Female Warmer summer months Designer, and Choice Girl Hottie. Additionally, Cabello was highlighted on Major Lazer’s “Know No Better,” which gained Choice Electronic/Party Tune at the show.

“We won three #teenchoiceawards tonight fam!” the 20-year-old designer tweeted following the show. “Thank u to my amazing military of camilizers i really like u more than i could placed into words ??????.”

Despite not being in presence, Cabello did come in a pre-taped little bit to start the show, which she shared on Instagram, writing, “When a panda turns up in ur dressing room and he explains to u we earned three #teenchoiceawards tonight and then u kiss them!!!! say thanks to u to my amazing army of camilizers i love u more than i could put into words ??????.”

Had Cabello shown up, it may have been an awkward night! Her former group, Fifth Tranquility was all around the dais, from strutting the red carpet to making several performances on stage during the show. The four harmonizers didn’t go home clear handed either, taking home four accolades, for Choice Music Group, Choice Melody: Group, Choice Summer time Group and Choice Fandom.

ET’s Lauren Zima swept up with Fifth Harmony on the red carpet, where they offered some advice they’d share with their younger selves.

“I would definitely say to be there,” Normani Kordei shared. “Because I look again now, and I’m like, ‘Man, I just wanted to be 21 so bad, or 18.’ And today that I’m actually 21, I’m like, ‘Man, I feel old.’ Personally i think like time is not being kind if you ask me, so I would say be there.
