Blake Lively Talks Up About “Terrifying” Sexual Harassment on Set
As tales of intimate harassment and assault continue steadily to flood out of Hollywood in the wake of the allegations against Harvey Weinstein, Blake Lively has complete her own “terrifying” experience on place.
The actress recently advised The Hollywood Reporter that she’d never had a negative face with Weinstein himself, but has opened up to the L.A. Times about a make-up artist who sexually harassed her on the set of a project.
“He was stating things inappropriately, insisting on putting my lipstick on with his finger,” she said. “I had been sleeping one night time on location and I woke up and he was filming me. I used to be clothed, but it was an extremely voyeuristic, terrifying move to make.”
She goes on to disclose that despite confirming the inappropriate behaviour to producers, little or nothing was done.
