Designers of Dhadak have presented a new poster of the film, offering us a view of Janhvi Kapoor and Ishaan Khatter, in a totally different light from that which we observed in the first truck released recently. An official adaptation of Marathi strike Sairat, Dhadak was slammed online for changing the whole crux of the storyline — underplaying the caste split in the original storyline and adding unnecessary luxury and style to Dhadak. The most recent poster offers some desire that Dhadak may not be about glamour around a love account.

A scared Ishaan sometimes appears seeking shelter in the forearms of an evenly stressed Janhvi in the poster.
Dhadak, aimed by Shashank Khaitan, will hit the screens on July 20. Sairat, the Marathi original, followed the storyplot of two teens battling the rigid caste system for their love. Janhvi steps into the shoes of Rinku Rajguru while Ishaan takes on the role essayed by Akash Thosar in Sairat.
Dhadak signifies the Bollywood debut of Ishaan who was simply earlier seen in Iranian auteur Majid Majidi’s Beyond the Clouds. That is Janhvi’s first film.
